She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Patch (Tracy) and Richard Patch (Pam) of Effort, PA; her sister Dolores Dombrowski of Garwood, NJ; her grandchildren, Thomas Patch Jr. (Sara), Tori Glassford (Bryan), Robert Patch, Evan Patch and Kaylee Patch; and her great grandchildren, Emmy and Samuel.
