She is survived by: her daughter Juli Blanche (Mike); her grandchildren, Tommy, Nora, Eddie and Bailey; her children, Gina Velliquette (Jason) and Vincent Moore (Joann); her grandchild Maddie Burke; and her brother Michael Crane (Joseph Bifulco).

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to two causes that were close to Jan's heart: veterans and autism awareness.
