She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Joseph Sr. and Mary Joseph; her brothers, Albert Joseph, Robert Joseph and Charles Ray Joseph; her brother-in-law Howard Peterson; her nephew Douglas Joseph; and her son-in-law Ricky Lubischer.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Palmer; her children, Barbara A. Lubischer, Dorothy J. Kieffer (Michael), Joseph C. Palmer (Frances) and Matthew J. Palmer (Christine); her grandchildren, Ian Clunie, Rachel Clunie, Alexandra Graziano (Eric), Jacob Palmer, Nicholas Grace, Carly Grace, Nicholas Palmer and Jeremy Palmer; her great grandchild Lorenzo; her siblings, Mitchell Joseph (Terese), Diane Peterson and Mary Ann Smalley (Ronald); and her sisters-in-law, Delores Joseph and Christine Joseph.
