He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Osborne and Florence Osborne; his children, Jets and Army Navy; his wife Linda Garcia Osborne; his children, Jen Schwarzenbek (Chris), Laura Fowler (Tim) and Michael Osborne; his grandchildren, Jack, Madison, Ryan and Reagan; and his siblings, Kathy Ebner, Mary Osborne Marrero (Lou), William Osborne (Donna) and John Osborne (Janet). He was also cherished by 13 nieces and nephews.
