She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond A. Mack, Sr.; her parents, John and Antoinette; and her siblings, Edward, John, Joseph Lanza, Dorothy Klekner and Mary O'Leary.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward Mack (Judy) and Raymond A. Mack, Jr. (Melinda); her close friends, Margie and Grant Shannon; and also Drew. She is also survived by her grandson along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
