She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Mendell Kirkman and Anna McDowell Kirkman. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruthanne Brown and Lisa K. Brown; her brother Kent R. Kirkman; and her granddaughter Sarah A. Barnes. She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews.
