He was predeceased by: his wife Marianne O'Brien Stiansen. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Stiansen of Hackensack, NJ; his children, Kiersten Ficco (Guy) of Alexandria, VA, Mark Stiansen (Laura) of Trooper, PA and Thomas Stiansen (Christine) of Cranford, NJ.; his sister Karen McCarthy; and his close friend Donna Beffert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private ceremony for invited family members will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Dooley Funeral Home in Cranford, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cranford Police Athletic League at P.O. Box 1021, Cranford, NJ 07016.
