He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Falk and Käthe Syré Falk; and his wife Else Theobald Falk. He is survived by: his children, Katherine Hubbuch (Robert), John (Nettie), Peter (Lori) and David (Laurie); his grandchildren, Robert, Andrew Hubbuch, John David Falk, David, Michael, Melissa and Jessica Falk; and his friend Phyllis DiSturco. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
