He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Stachiw and Irene Stachiw. He is survived by: his brother Ken (Pam Stachiw); and his nieces, Kristen Fisher, Jenny Bayo and Mary Smith. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
