He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Florence; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Sherry A. Forgue (Keith) and Thomas J. (Theresa); his grandchildren, Tristan, Alyssa, Tyler, Sarah, Amanda and Andrew; his great grandchild Elias; and his sister-in-law Kim Engelhardt. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Maliszewski Memorial (121 Main St, Sayreville, NJ 08872). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
