We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Cannestro of Convent Station, New Jersey, born in Lakewood, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Joseph Cannestro; her parents, Charles Henry Brown and Rosemary Higgins; and her siblings, John Brown and Jean Bowley.

She is survived by: her sister Patricia Cuccaro; her children, John Cannestro (Cindy), Lisa Cox (Jack), James Cannestro (Heather), Gina Newton and William Cannestro; her grandchildren, Jenna Spautz (Danny), Brian Newton (Miriam), Kara Robinson (Andy), Erica Newton, Timothy Cox, Julia Cox, Emily Raubenstine (Ty), Matthew Newton, Victor Cannestro (Tali), Carlie Cannestro and Liam Cannestro; her great grandchildren, Harper, Brynleigh, Sammy, Lucie and Saylor; and her caregivers, Karen, Freida, Lonette, Kathy, Agnes, Rosanna and Ismelda.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions in Barbara's memory may be made to the visiting Nurse's Association of Morristown.
