He is survived by: his wife Josephine R. Bartha of Trenton; his son Dr. Lance W. Garmer; his daughter-in-law Renata Nowak-Garmer; his grandchildren, Payel and Bhawani; his sister Loretta Garmer; his brother-in-law Edwin R. Bartha; his nephews, Guy Garmer, Jr., Todd Garmer and Sean Johnson; and his niece Margaret Johnson.
