She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Blair and Irene Blair (Wagner); her husband Richard Foust (Dick) of Mill Creek; her siblings, Leroy, Bernadine and Donald; her son Bill (Sue); and her grandson Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (John), Terri (Mike), Brad (Debbie) and Bob (Sandy); her grandchildren, Kristopher, Brooke, Jason, Sara, David, Rachel, Madison and Hannah; and her great grandchild Parker.
