He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foust and Hazel Foust (Bumgardner); his siblings, Melvin, Jim, Betty, Mary Grace and Jane; his son Bill; and his grandson Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Velma P. Foust (Blair) of Mill Creek; his children, Kathy, Terri, Brad and Bob; his grandchildren, Kristopher, Brooke, Jason, Sara, David, Rachel, Madison and Hannah; and his great grandchild Parker.
