He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carrubba and Catherine Bonanni Carrubba. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Yanucil Carrubba; his children, John Carrubba (Lanae), Maria John (Michael) and Andrea Hurlbrink (Andrew); his grandchildren, Gabriella John, Justin Carrubba, Dr. Alexandra John (CJ), Joseph Carrubba, Michael John, Carla John, George Andrew Hurlbrink, Gregory John, Henry Hurlbrink, Philomena Hurlbrink, Giovanna Carrubba and Alanis Rain; and his great grandchild Afeara Cobb.
