He is survived by: his son Bill Applegate; his daughter-in-law Deanne Applegate; his granddaughters, Abigail and Allison Applegate; and his sisters, Jean Ward (Bob) and Susan Hoge (Bob). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
