He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Schpreitzer Fazekas. He is survived by: his children, Frank A. Fazekas of Columbus and Linda A.; his son-in-law Rick DiJacklin of Hamilton; his granddaughters, Jennifer Chambers (Matthew) and Carolann Chamber (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Macie and Emma Chambers.
