He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Duclos. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Jane (Miller); his children, Daniel Duclos Van Mater IV (Denise) and Jennifer Elizabeth Van Mater (David Dimon); his grandchildren, Daniel Duclos Van Mater V and Gabrielle Alexis Van Mater; and his siblings, Betty Jane Mathews, Charles (Margaret), Peter (Patricia) and Roberts (Lynda). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
