He is survived by: his mother Chantal Baert of Mount Bethel, PA; his children, Abigail Rose Baert, Ellie Ana Baert (Luis Neves), Mary Alice Baert and Franky Baert; his brother Nicolas Baert (Ana); his nieces, Maggie Cumming (Dillon) and Evelyn Baert; and his nephew John Baert.
