He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas DeChiara and Janet DeChiara (Curcio). He is survived by: his spouse Gail L. DeChiara (Renz); and his children, Richard DeChiara (Glynda), Andrea Donnelly (John) and Aimee DeChiara. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
