It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Carter (Columbia, New Jersey), born in Parsippany, New Jersey, who passed away on March 27, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Andrea Rogers (Carter), Leianne Carter, Grant Carter and Daniel Carter; and his friends, Tom Bell and John Welsh.
