She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Frank Polacik and Mary Polacik (Farruggio); her brother Robert Polacik; her nieces, Melanie Murphy (Polacik) and Tara Sorensen (Polacik); and her husband Bill. She was also cherished by 5 grandnieces and, grandnephews.
