She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hartigan and Inez Hartigan; her husband Edward Shotyk; and her daughter-in-law Tabitha Shotyk. She is survived by: her children, Sandra G. Cottrell (Joseph) of Lake St, Diana Shotyk of Washington, NJ and Douglas Shotyk of Piscataway, NJ; her sisters, Zelma Hurley of Uniontown and Velma Masi (Frank) of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Jessica Maciel (Gabriel), Alexander Cottrell, Kristen Cottrell, Bethany Adams (Kyle), Kenneth Shotyk (Adrianna), Katie Shotyk and Jacqueline Shotyk; and her great grandchildren, Aria Maciel and Jayda Maciel.
