He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustavo Casci and Zita Casci. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Nicholas Casci (Jodean) and Christina Byington (Kyle) of Denver, Colorado.; his sister Carla Principato (Stephen); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Gregory and Natalie.
Mauro, Sandra and their children spent Christmas 2019 at the house with the intention of returning later in the spring before COVID-19 made that impossible.
