He is survived by: his wife Josefa Cubiñá; his children, Dr. Maria Cubiñá (Michael O'Hara) of Colts Neck, Cecilia (Brad Isenberg) of Rockaway and Luis E. (Katrina Cubina) of Charlestown, RI; his sister Daisy Santos; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Danielle, Aidan, Isabel, Liam, Julian and Christopher.
