He is survived by: his wife Lori Gaines (Lappen); his children, Benjamin, Amanda and Andrew Gaines of Colts Neck; his parents, Edward Donald and Floretta Gaines; his siblings, Tamra Russo and Michael Gaines; his siblings-in-law, Leonard Russo, Jeffrey Lappen, Kimberly Gaines and Lisa Gibbons Lappen; his nieces, Justine Gaines and Gillian Russo; and his nephew Daniel Gaines.
