He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Medina and Andrea Ojeda Medina; his sister Ida Medina; his wives, Catherine Smith Medina and Sharon Carter Medina; his daughter Carol Ann; and his grandchildren, Leann Medina and Ian Clayton Jacob.
He is survived by: his son Billy Medina (Delores); his grandchildren, Brady, LaTisha and William; his great grandchildren, Zeke, Divinity and Marcus; his great great grandchild Aziel; his daughter Deborah Medina; his grandchildren, Kyle Vincent O'Connor, Ryan Edward O'Connor, Mila Rose, Grayson James and Kai Vincent; his daughter Donna Valosin (Todd); his grandchildren, Jayde Valosin, Todd Valosin Jr., Andrew Pisarski, Kaylee Pisarski and Paul Valosin; his daughter Melissa Medina (David Cohen); his grandchildren, Alexa Rose Abbruscato, Zachary Thomas Abbruscato and Sarah Rae Abbruscato; his son Troy Medina (Orsi Medina); his grandchildren, Kailyn Medina and Troy Medina; his daughter Carrie Medina; and also Victor Medina. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
