She is survived by: her great-grandparent Phyllis; her grandmother Nonna; her children, Maryann Mudrak (John), Carmela Arendt (Stephen) and Carlo Monaco; her sister Vera Gioco; and also, Aunt, Gram, Tony, Erin Racanelli, Nicole Lawson, Kenny Lawson, Stephen, Kimberly, Alyssa Arendt, Nonna, Shawn, Adrianna, Salvatore, Antonella and Chiara. She is also survived by Wife, Mother, Grandmother.
Phyllis received a reward from Woodbridge Township for her charitable donations of her knitted items to various organizations.
