Marian Georgeles Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marian Georgeles of Colonia, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Marian departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Marian. Though Marian may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nickolas Georgeles and Eugenia Georgeles (Hallax). She is survived by: her sons, Scott Boutsikaris (Elia) and Nickolas Boutsikaris; her grandson Zachary Boutsikaris; her brother George Georgeles (Betty); and her niece Judee Jo Georgeles.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (721 Rahway Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
