She was predeceased by: her parents, Juraj Mitro and Maria Mitro (Rinik); her husband Michael A. Geles, Sr.; her sister Maria Kazimirova; her half-sister Ann Osifova; her brother George Mitro; and her brothers-in-law, Juraj Pecenak and Michael Kicak.

She is survived by: her sons, Edward J. Geles and Michael A. Geles, Jr. (Jola Szmyd); her granddaughter Claudia Szmyd; and her siblings, Alzbeta Pecenakova, Elena Kicakova and John Mitro (Eva). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
