He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelo Rodriguez and Luisa Rodriguez; his sister Emily Rodriguez; his son Baby Christopher Rodriguez; and his grandson Baby Alomar.

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Rodriguez; his children, Anthony Rodriguez, Alison Rodriguez, Sharon Rodriguez and Christina Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Edwin, Gabriella, Shayla and Kyla; and his siblings, Gladys Rodriguez-Rivera and Marcelo Rodriguez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
