He is survived by: his wife Dolores Giacalone of Colonia; his children, Leonard Giacalone of Colonia, Nancy Giacalone of Colonia and Maryann Sadler of Holmdel; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Joseph, Jacob and Abigail Sadler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
