He was predeceased by: his father John Shuleski; and his former wife Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Shuleski (Courtney); his children, Cheryl Shuleski of Colonia and Scott; his daughter-in-law Debbie Shuleski of South Plainfield; and his brothers, Richard Shuleski (Rita) and Peter Michael (Mary Ruth). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Compassus Hospice Foundation.
