He was predeceased by: his father Kazimierz Kotowicz; and his sister Hanna Kizysztoszek. He is survived by: his mother Zofia Kotowicz of Somerset; his wife Jolanta Kotowicz; his children, Daniel Kotowicz of Perth Amboy and Diana Scheffling (Spencer) of Shrewsbury; and his grandchildren, Chloe and Zachary.
