She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline A. Zydzik (Mezglewska) and Albert Zydzik; her husband Edward Urbanik; and her siblings, Stanley, Martha and MaryAnn Zydzik.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Urbanik (Christie) and MaryAnn Urbanik; her siblings, George Zydzik (Barbara), Tessie and Josephine Zydzik; her sister-in-law Diana Urbanik; and her grandchildren, Katherine (Michael Ewing), Kevin and Kenneth (Alecia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
