She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Rebick and Mary Rebick; and her brothers, Andrew Rebick and Dennis Rebick. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Pietrucha; and her sons, Michael (Keiko), Terence and Eric (Courtney).
