With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony J. De Marco of Colonia, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 75. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Marco and Marian De Marco (Cocozzella); his wife Lorraine De Marco (Katla); his children, Christina Giovannielli (Peter) and Anthony I. De Marco (Lauren); his grandchildren, Marie, Regan, Anthony and Liliana; his sister-in-law Irene De Marco; and his brother Joseph De Marco.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter Johnson Funeral Home (803 Raritan Rd, Clark, NJ 07066). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Vianney RC Church (420 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the St. Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
