He is survived by: his wife Thomassine Murray Cipas; his children, Diane Pernice (Mel) of Somerset, Duane Cipas (Jeanne) of Linden, Denise Beach (Douglas) of Old Bridge, Paul Cipas (Gail) of Monmouth Junction, Elizabeth Pallay (John) of Hawley, Pennsylvania, John Cipas of Morganville and James Cipas (Chris) of Colts Neck; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Justin, Kyle, Olivia, Tommy, Nicholas, Jack and Alex.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Association Greater New Jersey in Mr. Cipas' memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
