He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Bark; and his child Jerry Bark, Jr. (late Terri). He is survived by: his children, Mary Patricia Pearl (Wayne), Michael Bark (Annette), Daniel Bark (Patti), Jennifer Bark (Patric) and Christopher Bark; and his sisters, Sarah Cullinan and Mary Ellen Moura.
