She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hlebik and Magdalena Hlebik; her husband Thomas A. Mastriano; her siblings, John Hlebik Jr., Andrew Hlebik, Michael Hlebik, Sophie Burkhart, Mary Faiella and Anna Rothman; her grandson Mark Wayrynen; and her son-in-law John Wayrynen.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Wayrynen, Eugene Foy, Jr. (Joyce), Terry Foy (Linda) and Dale Schwartz (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Christie Gayda, Tricia Swan, Rebekah Davis, Christopher, Michael, Terry, Jr., Jennifer, Bryan, Kaitlin, Jill and Mason Foy.
