He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robin Riggs and Jessica Baldwin; his brother Antonio Riggs; his grandparents, Hilda, Dennis "Grandpop" Riggs, Mary "Grammy", Ronald "Pappy" Sinclair, Chaulkley and Porch; and his aunts, Taylor Sinclair, Julie Riggs, Dani and Michelle.
