We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, Charles Lupsa of Collings Lakes, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Lupsa; his parents, Charles Lupsa and Pauline Lupsa; and his half-brother Alfred Bilotta. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa A. Bell (Robert); his grandchildren, Melissa Harris and Jamie Lynn Batt (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Kailey, Faith and Hudson; and his brother Donald W. Lupsa (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
