He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Evans and Ida Wanner Evans; and his brother Ralph G. Evans. He is survived by: his wife Norma Redding; his children, Douglas W Evans (Patricia Stolte), Bruce Evans (Anna Vitale) and Carolyn Evans Frederiks; and his grandson Daniel Francavilla.
