She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert; and her parents, Catherine (Howard Semino) and Barbara. She is survived by: her daughter Jill Pecora (Arsenio); her granddaughters, Vanessa and Mia; her son Jeff (Danila); her granddaughters, Isabella, Brianna and Miranda; her son Jason (Dyan); her grandchildren, Cameron, Olivia, Madelyn, Nathan and Owen; and her sister Jayne Corney (Semino).

Barbara will be cremated, and the family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia or Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge in Oakland, NJ.
