He was predeceased by: his parent Bernard A. Jurkowski; and his sister Helen Gall. He is survived by: his parent Irene M. Boszczuk Jurkowski of Clinton Twp; his spouse Judy Waldo Jurkowski; his brothers, Stephen Jurkowski (Patti Otani) of Phillipsburg, N. J., Bernard Jurkowski (Carol) of Canton and Edward Jurkowski of Easton; his brother-in-law Bill Gall of Newtonville, N. J.; his nieces and nephews, Trevor Jurkowski, Bernie Jurkowski, Sheri Peterson, Kimberly Clark, Chrissy Izso, Brian Jurkowski, Michael Gall, David Gall, Jonathan Gall and Daniel Gall; and his stepdaughters, Annette Pemberton (Richard) of Nazareth, Lisa McNealy (Mark) of Lopatcong, N. J., Bob Thorsen, Amber Thorsen, Richard Pemberton Jr and Samantha Roarke. He is also survived by wife and mother.
