She was predeceased by: her father Robert Hayes Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Eben and Dana; her daughter-in-law Ali; her grandchildren, Eben and Sunny; her son-in-law Dusty; her granddaughter Riley (David); her brother Bob; her sister-in-law Peggy; her nephew Michael; her niece Lindsey; and also Rose.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Susan's name to Hunterdon Hospice.
