With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley W. Phinney of Clinton, New Jersey, born in Cuba, Kansas, who passed away on August 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James N. Phinney; and her parents, Joe E. Winbinger and Emma S. Winbinger. She is survived by: her children, Derrell W. Phinney and Carrie P. McCarthy; her grandchildren, Jon, Sara and Kayla (Jacob); her great grandchildren, TJ and Noah; her sister-in-law Elizabeth A. Phinney; and her nieces and nephews, Monique, Glen, Win, Jodi, Kurt and Pam. She is also survived by children and their children's children.
