He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy V. Moffett and Estelle Moffett; and his brother Roy J. Moffett. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jennifer (Mike), Ryan (Kristie) and Thomas (Shaina); his nieces, Lori and Mary; and his sister-in-law Elaine. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
