He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Argiriou and Nick Argiriou; and his sibling Demetria. He is survived by: his brother Gabriel Curtis; his niece Lynn Demetrakis (Thomas); his great-nieces, Alexandra and Nicole; his nephew Peter Curtis (late Lynn); his great-niece Christina; his great-nephew Evan; and also John David III.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Metropolitan Cathedral St. John The Theologian, 353 East Clinton Avenue, Tenafly, New Jersey 07670.
