She is survived by: her parent Helen Connell Baffuto; her spouse Paul Klemchalk; her children, Steven Klemchalk of Saline, MI and Michelle Girardi of Alexandria, VA; her siblings, Kathleen Kroboth of Township, Robert Baffuto of Long Valley, NJ and Thomas Baffuto of Piscataway, NJ; and her grandson Wallace Klemchalk.
Memorial contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice in lieu of flowers.
